Local and traveling golfers love to research courses before playing them, whether it is to gain some local knowledge or to set an expectation before their upcoming round. Below is an interview with Phil Himes who shares some valuable insight about the property, its most talked about holes and the signature dish/drink to consume at the 19th hole.

How Does Your Course Differ From The Others In The Area?
Where the Up North michigan golf course you look for when you head this way. the course or new links style course, all very unqiue in there own rights. 7 courses within 15 min. of the resort.


What is your course's answer to Amen Corner? (Describe your best/hardest 3 back/back/back holes)
The last four holes, 2 par 5's and a great par 4 16th, and closing par 3 the 18th. These holes will add to your score, if not your not hitting the ball well.

What is your course's claim to fame, or is there a little known fact that golfers should know about the property?
The resort is set up for you to grab your in the morning and use it all day, you do not have to drive your the whole weekend when your here.


Besides golf, what other amenities do you offer if a golfer wants to spend most of the day at your facility?
Indoor Pool and Hot tub, Lighted Tennis courts, Terrace room and Curly's sports bar, for all of your dinning needs, Great shopping downtown Cadillac. Driving range.

Signature sandwich or drink?
Curly's Burger a must have, also the Prime rib. Sunday Brunch is a big year round.
