Below is an interview with Stephen Clancy who shares some valuable tidbits about the course, memorable holes and must eats and treats at the 19th.

Give Our Readers An Overview of the Golf Course/Property
As the name indicates, this is a links style course, situated atop what were once actively mined quarries. Remnants of the quarries will be revealed on the course in the form of granite outcroppings and some rather impressive water hazards - some of which run 40 to 400 feet deep!

Links style courses originated in Scotland, where the game of golf was invented. They were typically built close to the ocean and are known to be sparse of tree and rich in wind. They also characteristically have challenging bunkers and fescue grasses that can swallow a man whole! At Granite Links, you'll find all of these features, but with our own modern day lush interpretation.

Granite Links Golf Club is one of the premier golf courses in Greater Boston. Golf Digest named it a "Top Ten Best New Upscale Golf Course in the US" upon its opening in 2003. Not long after that, the club was named with such national notables as Pebble Beach, TPC Sawgrass, Bethpage and Kiawah Island to the 2010 Golf Digest list of the "100 Greatest Public Golf Courses in America!"

Milton #5 - Par 4
Tees: Black 387, Blue 364, White 341 and Red 324

Wonderful par 4 that plays toward the Boston skyline. The city is a great backdrop for the hole.

What Is Your Favorite Hole? Any Tips to Play It? Milton #3 - Par 4
Tees: Black 457, Blue 411, White 380 and Red 365

Great par 4 that starts with an uphill tee shot. The hole is a great challenge for all playing levels. Players are faced with a long approach shot over a pond that sits on the right side of the hole. The hole offers a bail out to the left.

Players should utilize the left side of the hole, especially if their is any wind.
