Give our readers an overview of the golf resort.
Nestled along the shoreline and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, we offer two award-winning golf courses for the ultimate golf getaway. Our breathtaking Jack Nicklaus-designed Ocean Course winds along pristine wetlands and sparkling lakes, while the Conservatory Course, designed by Tom Watson, is highlighted by waterfalls, babbling brooks, and field stone work.
Golf at Hammock Beach is more than lush fairways, white sand bunkers, and velvet greens; it's also about unparalleled service. With Uplink GPS Systems on all golf carts and a practice facility suited for PGA professionals, at Hammock Beach you'll discover a golf experience you've only dreamed of. Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa is a world class destination resort located in Palm Coast, Florida.

Share with us your room accommodations configurations. What group sizes can accommodate?
Our resort is a mix of one-bedroom suites, two- and three-bedroom villas, three- and four-bedroom luxurious condominiums, as well as vacation rental accommodations that are perfect groups of any size. Stay steps away from the course and enjoy modern accommodations with luxe amenities and fully-equipped kitchens.

What type of restaurants do you have on property and what type of dining experience can one expect?
From casual and family-friendly to fresh, locally inspired cuisine, Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa offers six unique dining experiences. Grab a casual bite at our poolside cafe, Ocean Bar & Cafe or swing in for a slice of pizza and something sweet at the newly opened Hammock Beach Pizza & Gelato. Enjoy a craft beer and elevated American fare at our gastropub, Loggerheads Sports Pub or enjoy some of the finest sushi at the newly renovated Stix. Indulge in homemade Italian dishes at Delfinos Italian Chophouse, and last but certainly not least celebrate that special occasion at Atlantic Grille and taking in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Beyond golf what are the top three amenities golfers and non-golfers can enjoy on property?
Here at Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa there are no shortage of options to take in for golfers and non-golfers. Escape your worries in our full-service on-site spa and let us enter you into a world of tranquility and relaxation. Take in our 91,000 square foot water park featuring a lazy river and water flume. Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa was also selected a "Top 25 Tennis Resort" from Tennis Resorts online so go and enjoy our eight lighted Hydro-Grid clay courts overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

Please supply a sample itinerary for a long buddies weekend?
For our groups, you will arrive and most groups will enjoy an arrival round on one of our two courses before checking in. Once they finish they check-in to their beautiful condo units for a quick clean up and then it's off to dinner. On opening night I encourage them to sample Loggerheads for something casual and enjoy the new gastropub menu. The next morning, it is off to breakfast at The Atlantic Grille with the sunrise shining through the windows before heading off to play that morning (and afternoon for many groups). That night, we have a special golf group menu that includes a surf and turf option done at our Ocean Course turn grille where we will roll out the grill, send up the chef, and you will have dinner cooked for you and your group while you relax and clean up the games from the day. The next morning it is usually packing up and sneaking in one last round before it is time to head back home. You will be always be greeted daily by your Service Manager and from there you will be counting down the days until the group is ready to come back for the annual trip.

Please supply a sample itinerary for a long couples weekend?
Couple would arrive and get checked in to their beautiful ocean view condo. From there, they can take a stroll down to the beach located just a short walk from the back of the resort. They will be greeted by our beach staff and can grab some towels and chair and enjoy the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Then, that evening enjoy some fresh local seafood for dinner at Atlantic Grille before heading to our lobby bar for a nightcap drink. The next morning, they head down to enjoy their complimentary one-hour bicycle rentals and take a ride down some of the beautiful covered areas around the Hammock. Next a quick 9-holes of miniature golf on our real grass course before headed down to the spa for a great couples massage. That evening is a romantic dinner at Delfino's for the perfect finish to their trip.

What area tourist attractions might you recommend while in the area?
From the "Nation's Oldest City" of Saint Augustine to world-famous Daytona Beach, guests of Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa can find something fun to do nearby for all ages. Take in unspoiled coastline views, nature hikes or enjoy the thrill of speed while driving on the track at Daytona International Speedway. Explore the Fountain of Youth, fish the Intracoastal Waterway or go stand-up paddleboarding on the Atlantic Ocean. Head down to Kennedy Space Center to take a tour or catch a launch as well, if you don't want to drive down you can also relax on the beach and see the launches from our Space Coast from the comfort of Hammock Beach.

Any recent or upcoming changes to the property/resort or golf course?
The Ocean Course was re-surfaced in 2017 with Platinum Paspalum following Hurricane Matthew. The Conservatory just finished a full bunker renovation where we completely overhauled the sand and make up of the bunkers to further enhance the experience on course. We just opened our beautiful boardwalk shops featuring Breezes Boutique, an Arcade, and Hammock Beach Pizza and Gelato. We also newly renovated Loggerheads and Delfino's and moved Stix to a new location to open up more seating and allow more people to enjoy our fresh sushi.
