Kingsmill Resort is the only AAA Four Diamond Condominium Golf Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia. A stunning James River escape with championship golf courses, boundless range of recreational activities and leisure pursuits. Cottages on the James: Spectacularly situated on the James River, the five Cottages on the James is resort living at its finest. Our exclusive Kingsmill community of homes each features professionally designed luxurious interiors with cottage-inspired exteriors, three-to-four bedrooms each with its own ensuite. The homes are perfect for family vacations, private group meetings, or weddings. Guests of our cottages have full access to all resort amenities. These homes have spectacular views of the James River and the 18th hole of the award-winning River Course, home of the LPGA Pure Silk Championship.

Guest Rooms & Condos: Resort guest rooms are located along the golf course or tennis courts and are a short walk to the sports club, spa and restaurants. (1-2 people) In the main living area, resort condos feature a queen-size sleep sofa; wood burning fireplace in most rooms; dining room; full kitchen with kitchenware; washer/dryer and a private balcony or patio with either golf course, tennis courts or nature views. (1-3 bedroom options available) Both room types feature goose-down comforters and pillows; a flat-panel TV; ecologically friendly bath amenities; lighted make-up mirror and hair dryer; iron and full-sized board; Keurig individual cup coffee maker; mini refrigerator; wireless Internet access; personal voicemail and free local calls; in-room safe.

The Estate at Kingsmill: The newest luxury accommodations, a 7,000 square foot private estate overlooking the James River. The four-bedroom estate features exquisite views of the James River through expansive walls of moveable glass, an expanded patio and infinity pool, private chef and luxury amenities including exclusive access to two luxury SUV's and two customized golf carts. The estate manager is also on hand to make arrangements for private jet skis, private spa services, personal shopping, laundry service, personalized music selections and menus for additional costs.

In addition to the luxury amenities, guests can enjoy the rare opportunity of experiencing both the sunrise and the sunset from the same location.

What type of restaurants do you have on property and what type of dining experience can one expect?
Eagles: Eagles is the perfect place to segue after a day on the course. It's a favorite spot for leisurely lunches, relaxing get-togethers and drinks and dinner with friends. Featuring locally-sourced products, it offers a selection of fresh and creative culinary choices.

James Landing Grille (Open seasonally): James Landing Grille presents a selection of regional and sustainable seafood, such as local oysters on the half shell and grilled local fish. The restaurant also features seasonally available, fresh-farmed vegetables, and is the only riverfront dining experience in Williamsburg.

The Mill: The Mill is a full service bakery and coffee shop. You'll find coffee, delectable pastries, hearty sandwiches made on homemade bread, and gelato, made fresh daily in our pastry shop. The Mill also carries a variety of candy, snacks and beverages.

Elements 1010: Elements 1010 offers a casual, family-friendly environment for breakfast and dinner featuring seasonally inspired cuisine. Restaurant guests enjoy panoramic views of the James River while dining, providing the perfect background for a relaxing meal with friends or family.

Currents (Open seasonally): Enjoy an entire day at the River Pool with the food and beverage selection at Currents. Enjoy salads, sandwiches, snack choices, signature cocktails, beer, wine and margaritas.

DAY ONE

Get an early start at The Mill, Kingsmill's full service bakery and coffee shop offering delectable pastries, hot and cold coffee beverages and hearty breakfast sandwiches.

Take in some quality time as you and your significant other take a leisurely bike ride or hike along the scenic paths that wind their way through the resort and adjoining neighborhood.

In the afternoon, relaxation begins the moment you enter Kingsmill's Spa. This 5,000-square-foot full-service spa is an oasis of zen. Share a deeply calming time together with an indulgent couples massage.
In the summer, spend the evening dining on the scenic outdoor terrace of the only riverfront restaurant in Williamsburg, James Landing Grille.

DAY TWO

Start your morning exploring Colonial Williamsburg on a romantic tour by horse-drawn carriage, or get some retail therapy as you take on Merchants Square - an 18th-century style village with more than 40 shops and restaurants. Don't forget to saunter across one of the most romantic spots in Williamsburg - Crim Dell Bridge. Legend has it that any two people crossing the bridge while holding hands will be lifelong friends, and if they kiss, lifelong lovers.

Extend the perks of resort living by taking in a few rounds of golf at Kingsmill's championship River Course, and finish off the night with an elegant dinner overlooking the James River the Elements 1010.

DAY THREE

Williamsburg is brimming with history. After a buffet or à la carte breakfast at Kingsmill's Elements 1010 take a short drive to The American Revolution Museum at Yorktown.

Tuck in to Riverwalk Restaurant for a delicious lunch with breathtaking waterfront views. The menu features a variety of delectable and elegant items for an unforgettable dining experience to top off the weekend.
