Hay's Place to open October 7, bringing Mexican-inspired flavorsto Pebble Beach Resorts and its new short course, The Hay

On October 7, Pebble Beach Company will open Hay's Place restaurant, the final addition to the new Tiger Woods-designed short course, The Hay. Situated atop Peter Hay Hill, the restaurant will offer a Mexican-inspired menu in a casual setting-the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch, dinner, or after-round drink. From its expansive outdoor patio with fire tables and fire pit seating, guests will be treated to scenic views of The Hay short course and the Pacific Ocean. Hay's Place is just a short walk from The Lodge at Pebble Beach.

"Hay's Place offers a fun and lively dining environment that takes advantage of the incredible setting and stunning views at The Hay," said David Stivers, CEO of Pebble Beach Company. "It is the perfect place to relax after a round of golf, cheer on friends and family as they play The Hay, or simply enjoy the incredible food and drinks."

Like the short course, Hay's Place is named for Peter Hay, the former long-time head professional at both Pebble Beach and Del Monte golf courses. Hay's passion for welcoming newcomers to the game will be reflected in the restaurant's fun and relaxed atmosphere. The menu will add an enticing new flavor profile to Pebble Beach Resorts' extensive food and beverage offerings through items such as its ceviche, tin can nachos, a variety of tacos with house-made tortillas, fresh locally-caught fish, and "Tiger's Fajitas." A fun, playful kids' menu is also available. The craft beverage menu features signature margaritas and cocktails, as well as a selection of draft beer and wine.

"We are thrilled for our guests and local community to experience Hay's Place," said Stivers. "This is truly a unique offering for our resort and the perfect place to create new Pebble Beach memories."

Hay's Place will be open to the public from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
