Description
Nestled in the eastern edge of Greenville, North Carolina, the Brook Valley neighborhood is a well-established community. Brook Valley offers homeowners gentle rolling hills and spacious wooded lots with many tall pines, oaks, dogwoods and azaleas.
The neighborhood includes approximately 325 homes on the east side. When combined with the 175 homes on the west side of the neighborhood, Brook Valley as a whole totals approximately 500 homes.
