Description
This Constitution shall be submitted to a meeting,
of the corporation call for its consideration, provided each member shall be
given at least ten (10) days written notice of the time, place and purpose of
the meeting. If there are at least one-third (1/3) of the membership in good
standing present in person and a majority vote for its adoption, this
Constitution shall become and be the Constitution of the
Clearfield-Curwensville Country Club, and the Clearfield-Curwensville
