Description
Welcome to Columbia Country Club. We hope that your round of golf and your experience at Columbia is an enjoyable one. Columbia Country Club is deeply rooted in the history and traditions of the game that make golf a great sport. As such, it is only natural that the rules of our Club reflect these values.
Columbia Country Club was founded in 1898, and in 1911 the golf course was designed by amateur champion Walter J. Travis. Since its inception, Columbia has hosted a number of prominent golf tournaments, most notably the United States Open Championship in 1921 and the United States Junior Amateur Championship in 2003.
