Description
The course was built within a wooded area and many holes are very tight off the tee. Water hazards come into play on six holes. The signature hole is #11, a 382 yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot past the water on the left and then an approach shot to a narrow green. The course plays longer than yardages shown due to many tee shots being long irons or fairway woods. Many greens have large undulations placing a premium on putting. Large pines, spruces, maples, and birches make the fall play spectacular with the color display! Don't be surprised to see numerous deer and various types of north woods wildlife during your round. And yes, you will most likely see numerous Bald Eagles flying overhead during your round.
