Description
Established in 1919 by eight Michigan businessmen, the Club is conveniently located 25 minutes from downtown Detroit. The club boasts a Donald J Ross signature 18 hole course on 300 acres of rolling hills on the island of Grosse Ile. With undulating fairways and slick greens Grosse Ile GCC has withstood the test of time to continually challenge the most accomplished golfers.
Social events are planned through out the year for all Members including brunches for Easter, Mothers Day, live entertainment dances, family day, 4th of July celebration-there is always something to do at GIGCC. Our Executive Chef offers both casual and fine dining with banquet facilities to accommodate small, private parties or groups of up to 300 guests.
