Hallbrook has a rich heritage that dates back to 1927 when Joyce C. Hall, founder of Hallmark Cards, Inc., settled his family on this wooded expanse of land. While we are reminded of our history, we pride ourselves on the contemporary style and appeal that perfectly suits our dynamic membership. Nestled in the heart of the growing suburbs of South Johnson County, Hallbrook offers a unique and comfortable atmosphere for all our Members, providing an environment in which to relax and enjoy the company of friends and family.
