Description

When the town of Harmony's stewards approached celebrated golf course designer, TV personality and 1973 U.S. Open Champion Johnny Miller, their goal was to create a gem of a course while preserving their original treasure - 11,000 acres of broad meadows, towering stands of southern pines and two shimmering 500-acre natural lakes.

By wrapping the course around existing wetlands, Miller created a stunning combination of art and nature. Incredibly, no homes will be built that front the golf course.

The ancient land where Harmony Golf Preserve lies is home to tremendously diverse plant and animal life, including fawns and adult deer, otters, sandhill cranes, bobcats, foxes, ospreys and owls, as well as hundreds of types of plants, including at least one kind of rare orchid.

Harmony Golf Preserve won't spare amenities, however. Guests can take advantage of a complete practice facility, featuring a driving range, putting green and chipping area, while a magnificent 18,000-square-foot clubhouse offers a professional shop, men's and ladies' locker rooms, Harmony Town Tavern and a banquet facility. A professional staff caters to guests, upholding Harmony's standards of quality.

Driving Directions

From the Airport and Orlando:

Take SR-528 east. Take the Narcoossee Rd./CR-15 Exit (Exit #13). Turn right on Narcoossee Rd. and continue on road for approximately 15 miles. Turn left on US-192 East/US-441 South. Proceed east on 192 for approximately 7 miles. The Harmony Golf Preserve is on the left-hand side.

From the Florida Turnpike:

Take FLORIDA TURNPIKE south to Exit 244, pay toll, turn left onto US-192 and proceed east for approximately 18 miles. Harmony Golf Preserve is on the left-hand side.

From Lake Nona:

Take SR-528 east. Take Narcoossee Rd./CR-15 South for approximately 15 miles. Turn left on US-192 East/US-441 South. Proceed east on 192 for approximately 7 miles. Harmony Golf Preserve is on the left-hand side.

From the South:

Take I-95 North. Take the US-192 Exit towards St. Cloud (Exit #180). Turn left on US-192 West. Continue on US-192 West/US-441 for approximately 26 miles. The Harmony Golf Preserve is on the right-hand side.

From SR-417 heading South:

Take the Narcoossee Rd./CR-15 Exit (Exit #22). Turn left on Narcoossee Rd. and continue on road for approximately 12 miles. Turn left on US-192/East US-441 South. Proceed east on 192 for approximately 7 miles. The Harmony Golf Preserve is on the left-hand side.
