Description
Hazelden Country Club is nestled between Lafayette and Merrillville in Brook, Indiana just minutes from Rensselaer and Kentland. We are two miles east of Brook on State Route 16 between US 41 and US 231.
Golf was first played at Hazelden in 1910. The scenic Iroquois River runs through our historic, par 70, eighteen-hole golf course. Gentle on the beginner yet still challenging for the proficient golfer, Hazelden Country Club is enjoyable for all skill levels.
