The Headland High School Golf Team placed third at the State Sectionals at Azalea City Golf Course in Mobile on April 29th. UMS-Wright won the Sectional by 9 shots over 2nd place St. James with Andalusia placing fourth. All four teams qualified for the Sub-State tournament to be held at Timber Creek in Daphne, AL on Tuesday, May 7th. HHS Team members are Zach Buchanan (led the team with a 79); Payton Deshazo, Ryan Parish, Hunter Cochran, and Cameron Kennedy.
