Description
President Randy Hook called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. with the following board members in attendance. Dan Weber, Randy Hook, Phyllis Connolly,
Mark McCulley and Sue Nichols. Club Manager Kent Johnson and Greens Superintendent Matt Hall were also in attendance.
Phyllis made a motion to approve the minutes with the following corrections-Lori Hamilton purchased the sink for the ladies bathroom and Mark McCulley would check with Frank Springsteen to give us a evaluation with no cost to the club. Mark seconded the motion.
Kent reports that we have 38 family memberships, 43 Singles, 13 new singles and 9 corporate. We also have 18-20 junior memberships. Dan ask Kent to have an exact
amount owed for dues and what members have paid or not paid by the June board meeting.
There was much discussion on where the business memberships money should be going.
It was decided to put it into dues. Kent will get this taken care of with the accountant.
