Pewaukee Golf Club

A decent track with a few flaws. A bit high priced.

Willow Run Golf Club leaves you wanting more. More tee boxes and more greens to work with. I thought that these areas could have been improved. They were extremely small and very lumpy. Nobody likes having to search for a level spot to tee off from.

I did feel that the course layout helped improve the overall experience. There were several challenging holes with water and sand. The hazards were well placed for the mid-handicapper forcing the player to think again and again. Do I lay up or go for it?
Play the percentages is my advice.

Bottom line there are a number of courses that are in better condition for a more reasonable price. But the location brings in numbers.
