Some holes on the Highlands play like a Golden Tee video game

The Highlands course is a wild ride up and down a beautiful area in Minnesota. Hard to imagine playing any tee shots more elevated anywhere else than on the 10th and 17th holes. Great views and for the most part an engaging layout. Some might find a few holes tricky or gimmicky but I found the course to be fun overall. Conditions of the greens, fairways and tees were OK the day I played but the bunkers were in poor shape and the cart paths were in need of repair.
