Typical of most public layouts, there are no marshals on course to keep S l o w players from clogging it up.

When You get to a tee box and 3 other carts are there with two players each WAITING to just tee up, and there are people standing in the fairways, you know your whole day is now shot.

And don't expect a raincheck for this course mismanagement, only if it's raining.
