Old course that needs major tree removal/trimming.

Over the last 80 years, expanding tree growth has compromised original course design and volunteer tree growth is out of control also compromising design and causing air flow/water to turf erosion/bare spot problems. Too many "wrong" trees were planted in the wrong places and too many volunteer trees were left to grow over the years. Limited space, but could be a great course again with proper tree removal and trimming and mulching.
