Shawnee State Park Golf Resort

Beautiful course on Ohio River. Mostly flat great for walking

This and other state owned golf courses are facing closing as the state ODNR considers golf a declining sport. All 6 courses are scheduled to be closed as current leases expire. Shawnee is the first to be effected at the end of 2019. There are efforts to keep the courses open but no guarentee of success.
