Golf Course Review: Big Oaks Golf Course
An ok 27 hole golf course more country style that wasn't perfect.
27 holes of golf and a large driving range. Played all 27 holes....south, then east, and then north. The quality of the course was maybe around a 2 for the beginning half of the south but seemed to get better as it went on; south early half needs areas of fix ups. Greens overall weren't horrible but they weren't great either....somewhat slow overall it seemed. There were many areas needing work but at least later on it seemed to play better. A 607 par 5 on south course at #6 with 2 other par 5s had lots to try to test your long game control. Some dogleg were interesting as well. Nothing really for a proshop. But customer service overall was great.....Jose is the bomb. Green rates people can complain about but could've been cheaper in some respects to some of the quality but the rates also were not terribly pricey in this inflation market either; but sure wish the quality was better for the price. The hole signs were at least pretty nice.
