Great course for seniors. Gold tees are a great advantage if you don't hit 250 anymore. Blues are a nice challenge for skilled golfers. Lots of effort in greenskeeping. Improvements to drainage and irrigation. Lack of sand traps speeds up play. If you don't spray the ball, you can usually get in a round 9 in 1 hr:30 to 1 hr:45. Favorite hole is #4. Toughest hole is #15. Really need 1-2 days a week for 9-holers. Hardly ever get to play the back if you don't play 18. One lake to go over on the tee shot. Several lakes to avoid on the left. Two 200+ yard par 3s that are usually played as a 2+1 because of daunting tee shots. Par 4s from 310 yards to 460 yards offer different levels of challenge. Two par 5s over 550 with tight fairways, and an easier one around 480 with very generous fairway. Best thing for me is that it is within 2 miles of my home, while other courses in the area are slowing being sold for housing development. We've lost 117 holes within 5 miles of this course over the last 15 years.
