Great Value, Oakes 18 is better than the Pines

I play here a lot and enjoy it. I definitely would suggest playing the Oaks rather that the Pines. The pines is normally wet on a couple holes that are close to the swamp. The Oaks has a island par 3 hole that is my favorite. Would rate this course higher if the conditions were better.
