Description
In the event that a member terminates their stockholding membership, the stock is cancelled with no value. The first months dues, capital assessment and sales tax are due with the application. All fees and dues are subject to applicable state and local sales tax. Members must spend a minimum of $40.00 per month, not including service charge or tax, in food and beverage purchases or the full or prorated minimum will be charged to the member. *The business membership allows for one person to pay regular membership fees and designate up to 8 people within the business to pay monthly fees, capital improvement fee, and food and beverage minimum for the membership category for which they apply.
