A Great Start For Pinehurst, And For You

Dr. Leroy Culver built the first nine holes of what would go on to become Pinehurst Resort here before the turn of the 20th Century. John Dunn Tucker added the next nine shortly thereafter. Then, Donald Ross added his touches, drawing on his Scottish roots to add bunkers across fairways and around the greens. The result is a course that’s a classic not just due to its age, but because of its appeal.
